You can either book an interpreter in advance or on-demand within 10 seconds using our digital tools.
On-site interpreting
In some instances, the interpreter must be on site for the assignment, so-called location interpretation or contact interpretation. Our automated booking system prioritises and matches the assignment to the interpreter who meets specific requirements and who is geographically closest.
Telephone interpreting
Telephone interpreting is the best option for simpler and shorter issues or when an interpreter is needed at short notice. Telephone interpreting can be a very cost- and time-efficient alternative to on-site interpreting. And has the least possible environmental impact.

Video interpreting
Video interpreting is an excellent alternative to on-site interpreting and telephone interpreting. With video interpreting, you can visually follow the interpreting without the physical presence of the interpreter. Smart and flexible.

All our interpreters have solid training and formal competence and follow the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency’s Code of Interpreters. Regardless of the form of interpreting, you can feel confident that the task is carried out by a professional, trained interpreter.

We have a clear policy to always allocate the assignment to the person with the greatest competence for the assignment in combination with reported availability. When we register a new interpreter, we require documentation of completed training, examinations passed and references regarding practical skills as an interpreter.

Translation
We offer professional translation services
We have a wide network of certified and trained translators for our translation services. We offer professional translations and language reviews in most language combinations and subject areas. We only work with experienced translators and our project managers ensure that the assignment is allocated to the most suitable translator. All translators work according to Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency’s Good Translators' Code and observe confidentiality.
We deliver both printed copies with authorisation confirmation, as well as digital materials.
Layout, design and formatting
We not only help you with text and translation, but also with the layout of marketing materials for example and the formatting of documents – in the file format you prefer. Some languages require make-ups from right to left and vice versa, and of course we can assist with graphics. With the help of professional designers, your translation will be presented and packaged in the best possible way.
